Suggested questions to ask during your interview:
- How is coaching delivered? What is the process like? What is the length and frequency?
- What is the cost?
- What are their coaching qualification, professional experience and coach specific training?
- Has the coach experienced similar situations to mine?
- What is the minimum duration of a term?
How do you know you have met your ideal coach?
- Did you feel a certain affinity with this coach?
- Did the coach understand where you are at currently and where you would like o be headed?
- Did the coach commit to supporting you in finding the right solutions rather than imposing theirs?
- Does the coach respect you values?
- How does he proceed and what are the coach’s fees?
