European Coaching Conference 2006
May 18 th – 20 th 2006 - Brussels , Belgium

Interactions in Coaching

This theme is bright and inspiring. The content of this theme is wide and varied and therefore each coach will be able to find something in it that touches them in such a way that it will urge you to detect new insights, new skills, and a new attitude.

It encompasses several sub-themes such as:

  • Inter-acting with the differences found in people – coping with different emotional intelligences, leveraging cultures, support needed to create and maintain lively interaction in the process of coaching, etc.
  • Coaching the human being in a holistic way – in harmony with self, others and the organization, in preparation of life transitions, enjoying the process of life, confronting reality, etc.
  • Action in coaching: result-oriented, from vision to action, changing reality, etc.

“Interactions in Coaching” will be reflected in all workshops and keynotes presented at this conference.  As coaches, you will be able to find out how you can develop your personal actions to become a better coach and how you can guide your coachee to realize active change in his/her business or private life.

The complete coaching process is a living process and the inter-action makes it even more alive, realistic, now-and-future-oriented.

Two full days of ‘Interactions In Coaching’.  Keynotes will address the full audience of coaches. There will be a variety of workshops during these 2 days and it is the quality and the content of these workshops that will create the value of this conference.

Therefore we are looking for outstanding presentations by charismatic presenters who are willing to contribute their experience, knowledge and love for this profession.
